If you are one of our regulars you know Clint or Katie. Their 7 year old daughter is having her 3rd open heart surgery in New Orleans in February. To help with some of the medical cost we have decided to raffle off a whole ribeye. Whomever wins will have the option of having it sliced and packaged like they want. Raffle tickets are $5 each and we have some here at the store. If nothing else please keep them in your prayers!

After hours wild game drop off
1. Make sure meat is completely covered with ice.
2. Take a red tag and write your name and a good phone number one it.
3. Place the red tag on your ice chest and put it in the crawfish room.

We will collect ice chests and contact you on our next business day(M-F 8-5). We are not at fault for and spoiled meat for lack of ice. Make sure it has enough ice!

** INTEREST POST **
We are throwing around the idea of offering freshly smoked meats one day a week. For example smoked leg quarters, pork butts, brisket, and maybe even fresh BBQ pulled pork. These items would smoke the day of and we would schedule pick up that afternoon before closing. If we make this a reality who would be interested and what meats would you prefer? Let me know in the comments!
