***Mom Fail....we had our last calf of the season a month ago and although we were hoping for a 4th of July baby, we welcomed HER a few days later on 7-7 and named her Indy...short for, well you guessed it, Independence Day!!! I actually watched Nelly give birth and it was absolutely awesome!

Happy one-month birthday, Indy girl! 🇺🇸🤎

One whole month of this little Highland girl, and somehow she just keeps getting cuter. 🥹 She completed our 2026 production and we call it a success☺️3 heifers and 2 bull calves.

Watching Indy come into this world was one of those moments that makes you stop and realize just how incredible nature really is. There is something absolutely miraculous about watching a mama bring new life into the world — the strength, instinct, patience, and immediate love she shows towards her new one. ❤️

Seeing her now, growing, exploring, getting fluffier and showing us more of her little personality every day — it never gets old.

Raising cattle gives you a front-row seat to some pretty amazing things, but watching these mamas do what they were made to do and then watching their babies grow is something pretty special.

We will start posting when they are weaned and ready for greener pastures which will be hard to find without any rain🥺

Ole Red aka Tina, decided to do work in the heat today and delivered her 4th calf for us with no issues whatsoever. Mama and little guy are up and at it and doing good. She had fans and water and decided she would brave the heat. So, we have one mama left to deliver and that's Ms. Nelly. It's a tie right now at 2 heifers and 2 bulls. Hoping she will give us a heifer in the next few months

You know what makes hump day so much better?!?! Coming home to fresh hooves on the ground. Black Betty decided to introduce us to her new bull calf and he's a handsome fella.
He's a shy guy and likes to stick close to mama🥰 Both are doing great and can't wait to get some pictures of all three of our new ones😎

Eats from your hand and can brush her face. Calm in the chute. Doesn't like the halter on whatsoever. Though, that can come with time. Should mature to be a smaller girl. She is a beautiful color. Dam is Nellie, our midsized white. Sire is Earl, our small, silver stud bull. Both have excellent hair and conformation. Pics of them by request. Can arrange transport if necessary. Located in Conway Springs, Ks.

She's a heifer!!!She's so curious about everything. Can't wait to watch her color develop as she gets older!
Mama and baby are doing great. Mama was tired by the end of the day yesterday as this one was running (trying to) within an hour of being born🤣I missed seeing her give birth by minutes!
We have two new heifer calves now. We have a couple months off before we welcome the next batch🥰
I'm obsessed!!
