For consideration, we have two beautiful red boer bucks available in Conway, MO. "Chip" is a four year old registered 100% fullblood boer. "Jack" is our commercial 75% boer, 5 years old, born and raised on our farm. Each are easy keepers, well-mannered, and good with the ladies. Pasture raised and upto date on CDT. Their summertime coats are gorgeous; however they are shedding their cashmere in these pictures. We hate to see these guys go, but we are closing out our breeding program. PM for details.

Winter’s LAST(?) punishing blow to the Ozarks. Blizzard conditions and temps diving to the mid-teens.

The goats are notorius for popping out babies on the coldest night of the season, so we packed the barn. A few of our hardiest girls who aren’t due for a couple of weeks are spending the night outside, under the shed roof of the barn.

Kidding season began yesterday with a difficult delivery. However, today has been much better with two unassisted deliveries, as we wait and watch for more to come.

Finally a day above 30 degrees! The girls would stay in their shelter all day, if I didn’t lead them out. They trace my footsteps, single-file to the hay feeder.
