Happy Saturday!! ☀️

Hey guys you may recognize us as FJ Family Farms or maybe even !!

We are revamping our farm this year and we are so ready to be back !!

We started selling our Pasture Raised Pork in 2019 and in 2020 we started where we marketed our Farm Products ( Pork , chicken, eggs and thanksgiving turkeys ) , until August 2022 which is around the time we started !!

We very much enjoyed the food truck and serving folks local farm to table nutrient dense foods. The food preparation took most of our time , so we didn’t have time to look after our homestead. Our last events on the food truck will be around the middle of March , where we will then transition to an Ice Cream Truck. We will be serving ice cream by the scoop 🙌 😋 This will allow us to have time to get back to the farm and be able to grow more nutrient dense food for yall!!

We are looking forward to getting back into the farmers markets !!

We will not be raising any Pigs or chickens from here on out.🚫We have taken a different more sustainable approach here in the homestead and being as self sufficient as possible!!

We will also be hosting Glamorous Camping ⛺️ right here on our farm !!

We do still plan on doing something in the future with local food , we are planning on turning our farmhouse kitchen into a commercial kitchen using a lot of the same equipment from our food truck.

We look forward to getting back to the farm this year and seeing all of you !! We have missed you all !!
