Here’s the inventory lineup you can expect to find at our booth this weekend at the WLRFM…FYI, chicken is low in stock so just bringing a few items. Beef-ground, superblend, shoulder roast, chuck roast, stew/tips, minute steaks, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, mesquite lime brats, NY Strips, ribeyes, top sirloins, canoe split bones, tongue, organ cuts, skirts, flank, and flat irons. Chicken-ground, wing packs, livers. Eggs! We have plenty of eggs! Be sure to come see us from 8am-noon.

We are making room for a large restock coming next month. Take advantage while you can! Conway orders need to be placed by Thursday evening. Little Rock orders will need to be placed by Friday evening. This offer is good on preorders only. Our market friends will need to order ahead and pick up at the market Saturday. I will post tomorrow the full line up of items you can expect to find at our booth this weekend. Start planning those meals!

Saturdays move in the rain. We have the grass! You can’t see the electric fence because the grass is so thick, but there are multiple paddocks set up in this area. Their watering tank is behind where I am standing.

This is our kinda way to spend the first day out of school! Porter reported to farm duty at 8:30am. Got the drill calibrated to plant seed. Did some repair work and replaced some bolts that broke on the tractor (Porter is quit the mechanic!). Made a trip to the farm store to restock feed. Barn and bunkhouse mowed. Horses fed. Chickens fed. Cattle moved. Fields were too wet to plant this afternoon so now he is hauling hay while I finish up house chores. He has his final rodeo of the season this weekend. Yep! This is our fun! 🐂🤠🐓🐴🐑🐐🐶🐈

Tonight was moving night for the goats and sheep. They are in a very diverse paddock with a variety of forbes, legumes, grasses, and brushy material. Tomorrow we will be moving the cattle.

Farm updates….
Well it has been busy! First of all, we are SOOOOO excited that Tucker’s surgery was a successful one. We took a gamble and it paid off.

Porter and Branch are out cutting and hauling hay tonight. My farm chores were done during the daytime hours so I am now cooking dinner. I also had some awesome deliveries to do today. We want to give a shout out to our friend Nick Gann for sending folks our way!

We have a commitment to help with a rodeo camp this weekend so we will not be at the WLRFM. We appreciate everyone who took advantage of the BOGO eggs this week. The rest will be donated to Soaring Wings Ranch.

Hey market friends! Sorry we missed last weekend, but we will be back in action this Saturday at the WLRFM. Here is a list of items you can expect to find at our booth. BEEF-ground, superblend, Italian sausage, breakfast sausage, mesquite lime brats, stew/tips meat, roast, organ meat, canoe split bones, oxtail, minute steaks, ribeyes, NY strips, sirloins, skirts, flanks, and flat irons. CHICKEN-ground, breast, wholes, sausage links, wing packs, liver, heart, and back frames. We will also have plenty of eggs. Some items are limited due to stock.

With it being a beautiful day Saturday and Mother’s Day weekend, we look forward to a great turnout with all of our friends. If there is something you need please feel free to shoot us a message and we will hold it for you with a prepayment. See you there!

I think it’s safe to say everyone is happy! We did have a jail break with the cattle last night. A gate was left open and they made their way up the mountain and into my front yard! Always something fun around here.
