Here is your chance to stock up on quality pork before the winter!

Ok so we have not offered whole hogs in a while but I have 6 I have marked out to offer as a whole. They will be ready last week September and we cover butcher costs. You just come pick it up on the farm. $200 deposit due today to hold it and $650 due on one week before pick up. Our pigs go fast and average 303lbs live weight when they get to the butcher. Total cost will be about $5.66 a pound per packaged meat. (Our pigs average ~150 pounds of final packaged meat.)

Our pork that we carry is born, raised on pasture, butchered and sold all in less than a 100 mile radius. This is what we mean when we say "Local food for local tables"

Exciting news! Organic sourdough is coming to Redield's.

Starting this week I will be offering organic classic loaves by pre-order only. Please have your pre-orders in by monday of each week with what day you want to pick up during store hours or farmers markets.

My regular sourdough classic loaves and inclusion loaves will still be stocked at Redfield's Local Market & Bakehouse and all of the farmers markets I attend.

It has come to my attention that this is something a few of my customers are really wanting and I am wanting to provide that for them.
