Conyers’ new Brewery and Micro-Distillery, with amazing food & pizzas!

Hey, all you beer fans – Most of you have heard about the fire at the brewery last Monday night. Here are the facts:

On Monday night, we were heating water to start cleaning the tanks to start brewing another beer. We had finished the first beer, an IPA, and started the fermentation process about an hour before. Amy heard things falling on the second floor and looked up above the gas vent in the brewery area and saw flames and smelled smoke. Tom immediately turned the gas off, and Amy called 911.

The first floor was not damaged much, except for the smoke smell and damage from the water used to put out the fire. There is extensive damage to the second floor and the roof. The cause of the fire is still being investigated. Yesterday, we met with the insurance adjuster and the crew that will make all the repairs.

Unfortunately, their timeline is between six and nine months to get everything done.

Without a doubt, WE WILL BE BACK, BETTER AND STRONGER. We appreciate your support and encouragement as we rebuild.

Hey all you beer fans! After 5 inspections over the last 3 days, we are exited to announce that we officially have our City of Conyers business licenses. Only 1000 more things to do before we open. We are DEFINITELY COMING SOON!

Hey all you beer fans - check out the progress! Concrete has been poured downstairs, the 2nd floor windows have been replaced, the ceiling joists have been reinforced, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work have been started and the walls are being framed!

The brewery equipment is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow!!

Hey all you beer fans! Lots of things happening in the building right now.

The 1st floor foundation is almost done; concrete should be poured next week. Framing and drywall are going in on the second floor. The HVAC and plumbing work have started (grease trap is in!), the new windows and garage door have been ordered. AND the brewery equipment is scheduled to be delivered the end of this month.

We are also finalizing our alcohol licenses, kitchen equipment order (we paid the deposit on the pizza oven 2 weeks ago) and our new website launch!

It's a lot of work but we are SO VERY excited to be moving forward.

Hey all you beer fans! We’re busy reinforcing the foundation with rebar and the roof with LVL. We passed foundation inspection last week and are working on scheduling concrete!
