Gordy Sauce is pleased to provide exceptional quality sauces, rubs, and seasonings to the Upper Cumberland. There are a few things to keep in mind with our products:
- All of our products are handmade and homemade in Cookeville, TN, and we can arrange for delivery and pick-up for our surrounding neighbors. Shipping is available for everyone else.
- There are no preservatives added to our sauces to keep the flavors as full and natural as possible. Since there aren't any preservatives in our products they do have a short shelf life. Our sauces will maintain optimal flavor for 2-3 weeks when refrigerated. We recommend that you purchase close to when you will need the sauce or freeze the sauce until you are ready to use. If frozen, let the sauce thaw in the fridge and then simmer over medium low heat to make sure the sauce becomes fully smooth again.
- Rubs and seasonings do not contain preservatives either, but due to the dry nature of the ingredients they will last a while provided they are stored in a cool, dry place.
- While Gordy Sauce deals primarily in sauces and seasonings we do provide catering options as well. We can smoke chicken, turkey, brisket, ribs, and Boston butts. Advanced booking and a non-refundable deposit is required to procure the catering service. Deposit amount will depend on items requested.
