We are so grateful. Peanut delivered twin bucklings like a champ, 8 minutes from first goo to both babies on the ground. They are both thankfully full Nigerian Dwarfs. We'd love to see these boys go together as unregistered bottle pets. Please reach out if interested. They are both very flashy.

UPDATE: Peanut delivered 2 full ND bucklings in 8 minutes from first discharge to both delivered. She did great! They are thankfully tiny boys but healthy. I'm pretty sure I know who the sire is by looking at them, and he is from our smallest ND line. So very grateful he was the sire.

Please keep our little Jarrahdale (aka Peanut) in your thoughts over the next couple of days.

Another result of the dog attack in January is that, apparently, this little girl was bred. We can only figure that in her fight for her life, she somehow found her way in or near the bucks and then made her way back before we realized she had gotten out. We started seeing an udder develop a couple of weeks ago and took her to the vet, who confirmed she was bred. Since this was not an intentional breeding, we have no idea if she was bred by a Nubian or an ND.

This morning, her ligaments were gone, of course, when our local vet wasn't available. We drove her almost 2 hours away to see what we were looking at. The vet can see at least 2 babies, which is encouraging. She is not yet in active labor, so we are heading home to wait. We're hoping she will wait until morning when the local vet reopens or that she will be able to deliver on her own.

If she has trouble in the night, it will mean a second emergency vet bill and a likely C-section. Our finances can't take another hit, and neither can our hearts, so for her sake and our sake, we are praying for a safe and natural delivery.

UPDATE: Just 2 left.

We have 3 doelings available. Two have become available due to the original buyers suffering the loss of their home to a tornado and needing to hold off. The other we are just now making available due to taking time to decide between her and her sister.

Doelings are out of Wildmntcountry Outlaw Queen, Wildmntcountry Tiaramisu (pending pickup), and Cherokee Rose KL Ruthie. Please PM if interested in more information. All three doelings are sired by Cherokee Rose George M Cohan.

A hodgepodge of casual photos of some of the boys available for BOGO. They aren't great or set up. I snapped them between rain showers yesterday. Glad to get better photos, provide pedigrees, udder photos, etc. to interested parties.

Sorry we've been so quiet lately. It's been a buckpoluza around here. Due to the losses from the predator attack, we just need to get these boys gone to reduce expenses. We have several bucklings available, both ND and Nubian. 💲💲 We are currently holding a two for one special. No exceptions for the boys we have available.

Possible transport options. See below.

There are *Bs in the bunch (pending ADGA catching up). Dams include Just Old West Sunny and Abiding Acres Black Dahlia for NDs. One of Sunny's boys has blue eyes.

Dams for Nubian boys include Woest-Hoeve JR Cheyenne, Abiding Acres Moon Cake, Davis Run AA Charlotte, Wildmntcountry Cassiopeia, and Wildmntcountry Tiaramisu (has a couple moonspots).

No time for pics for this point, but if you're serious and want more info, please PM. I'm happy to get pics and provide information on parents for those who are serious. They can go registered or unregistered, neutered or intact.

For those wondering, Cheyenne had 3 strapping boys. We had a feeling she was carrying at least a couple of boys because she'd been filling her udder for many weeks. We'll get pics later.

In the meantime, if all goes well, this sweet girl will be joining our LGD pack soon. She is a Great Pyrenees. We already planned to bring in another LGD this summer or autumn after kidding season was over, but we recently lost our wonderful Bella to bone cancer, so we had to move up our timeline a little.

We're having trouble finding a name for her. She is described as a little shy at first. She is sweet and calm. We may have to meet her in person to decide a name, but we'd love everyone's input.

It needs to sound different than our other 2 LGDs, Beau (s/l Bo) and Lucie, and be able to be projected over a distance to make it easier for them to hear us and distinguish who we're calling when needed.

Woest-Hoeve JR Cheyenne is on deck. We've had a bit of a break with kidding, but we will be ramping up again now. Cheyenne is a favorite around here and was bred to Cherokee Rose George M Cohan, a son of Woest-Hoeve Defying Gravity and GCH Pruittville's RM Taffy. I can't wait to see these kids! Hoping for a safe delivery for Cheyenne and kids.

I can not wait to introduce our new junior herd sire soon (the gold one). He is here thanks to the generous donation of Mary Palka with Bit of Mischief Nigerian Dwarfs and the equally generous donation of transport from Peche Farms. He is so well built with a natural uphill stance. This is not a throw-away buck. He is one of the best this herd has to offer, and there's a lot of nice goats to offer in this herd, so that's saying a lot. I would have been pleased with any buckling from this herd. He will be a key piece as we rebuild our herd after the recent predator attack. We have been blown away with the kindness of the goat community.

Yesterday afternoon, Wildmntcountry Tiaramisu delivered triplets, 2 doelings and a buckling. First doeling was breech and upside down with rear hocks presenting. Once we got one leg straightened, she popped right out, followed one push later by her brother. The second doeling followed soon after. Happy for a safe delivery for sassy Tiara and her babies. The spotted girl got her momma's sass. 😆

We got back from Missouri on Sunday and got everyone settled in Sunday and Monday. On Tuesday, Abiding Acres Black Dahlia (nigerian dwarf) went into labor early and gave birth to a beautiful buckling. He's a bit premature and is failing to thrive. We've given lots of support with dex for lung development, Bovi sera for general immune support, banamine for pain when needed, and several other things. He just isn't thriving. We're feeding every 2 hours which is wearing on us, but as long as he's willing to try, we'll keep working with him.

This afternoon, Wildmntcountry Cassiopeia quickly and easily gave birth to 2 healthy boys. They are stunning bucklings and both will be available. We're hoping having a couple of buddies for a couple days will help our preemie perk up a little. Hoping for the best.
