We're going to help Underdog Rescue apply some pressure on this. Concern for Vinny is very real. He was fostered by Nicole Hare when she didn't show up for a meeting with potential adopters. Now, its NORMAL for fosters to want to keep the pups they care for and rescues love it when fosters adopt their charges. But when a dog disappears and the foster goes radio silent, it makes everyone fear the worst. A good rescue is emotionally invested in every single dog and I know Underdog is losing sleep. This is a rescue's worst nightmare. Please help them find Nicole Hare so they can do right by Vinny. Minnesota peeps especially, let's make these posts SEEN!
