January 20, 2026: Time for another In the Business Tuesday!! Aka ITBT for the thumb-typing challenged.
What’s the deal? If you’re in the food, booze, or hospitality business head over to the shop and any 3 bottles of wine or spirits at a 25% mark up from cost.
For the mathematically challenged, that’s usually a 20% discount. Maybe more, maybe a little less depending on the bottle.
Any bottles. No hold backs. If it’s on the shelf it’s fair game.
Not in Copakeland today? Call in your order and we’ll send you an invoice. It has to be paid today, but you can pick it up any time.
And as always, we will have a bottle of something open to taste. We’re going classic with a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir that’s everything you could want from this region for less than $20.
Katie’s note: A delicious- dare I say- savory Pinot Noir from everyone’s favorite U.S region, the Willamette Valley. There’s something about this guy that is just so intriguing. It’s soft while having strong framework. It knows exactly what it is, so sure of itself, confident. The body of this wine consists of mulled, jammy fruits like cherry, plum and blackberry seeds followed by a tart acid and supple, velvety tannins. Being aged in new French oak contributes to the baking spice notes you get toward the finish, full of vanilla, clove, star anise, a slight cinnamon and peppercorn. I’d drink it with pulled pork but honestly you could do anything- poultry, beef, lamb, cheese, roasted veg.
