I can’t believe she did it again! I was so sure Virginia would foal last night! I stayed up and kept checking the camera. I checked them at 7am and everybody was looking normal and resting. Went out to the barn a little later to feed! And Missy in the stall next to her had decided to sneak in a surprise!
Twice now twice I have watched Virginia and missed another mare foaling! So frustrating!

I hate taking pictures of yearlings! But grabbed these after the first rained we have seen in months! Fingers crossed we get more rain. I attempted to get some hair off but they are holding on to it like it’s a lifeline! I hate the idea of shaving a roan but I am considering it on Chester here.
