What a treat to be invited to provide assorted customized dessert cups at a private party with my cart aka dessert cart for this event! The guests were provided with the following options: fudge brownie layered with white chocolate mousse, and a decadent dark chocolate fudge drizzle, lemon cake layered with lemon mousse and raspberries topped with fresh mint, banana pudding shooters layered with buttery shortbread, chocolate cake shooters, layered with caramel and topped with a mini chocolate cupcake, chocolate dipped rice crispy treat pops and last, but never least my mini key lime pies that always steal the show!

This dessert assortment included chocolate covered Rice Krispie treat pops, strawberry shortcake cups, cherry cheesecake cups, white chocolate mousse and raspberry cups and lemon cake layered with lemon mousse and blueberries. So much love in every bite! xo

This build your own ice cream sundae cart was the life of the party at a birthday bash today, serving up vanilla, chocolate, and cookies & cream ice cream to about 70 sweet-toothed guests.
