🎉WE PASSED ANOTHER INSPECTION! 97/100🎉 🙌🏽✨
Okay… I’ll be honest, I’m a *little* disappointed about those 3 points 😩😂 — BUT I’m also **SO incredibly proud!** ❤️

One thing I will **ALWAYS** promise y’all is that I will be **transparent and honest with you.** I’m going to celebrate our wins with you, but I’m also going to be honest about the things we can improve on. No pretending, no hiding it — just learning, growing, and doing better. ❤️

The only thing that got us was that I wasn’t logging the temperatures on our newer sandwich prep cooler. 🤦🏽‍♀️ But guess what? **Now I know!** And moving forward, that cooler will be logged right along with the rest. 📝✅

And honestly… if it weren’t for that **NEW addition**, we would’ve had a **100/100!** 💯🔥

**97/100 isn’t too shabby at all!** Especially knowing how hard we work to keep this place clean, safe, and up to code. 🧼✨

Even on the days when we are exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on fumes… **WE STILL GET THE JOB DONE.** 💪🏽❤️

This business is a labor of love, and every inspection, every lesson, every correction, and every win is part of the journey. We’re learning as we go, getting better every day, and continuing to take pride in what we’ve built. 🌱✨

🎀💙 **HI FRIENDS! I NEED A LITTLE HELP!** 💙🎀

I’m looking for a **nice space to rent next month** for my daughter’s **gender reveal**! 🍼✨

We’re planning something small and intimate — probably around **30 people** — so we don’t need anything huge, just a clean, comfortable and pretty space where we can decorate, celebrate and make some special memories together. ❤️

🥢❤️ **OKAY… I OWE A FEW OF Y’ALL A JAPCHAE DO-OVER!** ❤️🥢

If you ordered the **Japchae the other day, I know who you are(you ordered 3)**, and I want to personally make it right. I had 2 ladies tell me it was the best Japchae they've ever had and I want you to have that same reaction.

I realized afterward that I made **TWO mistakes** with that batch:

🍄 I forgot to properly rehydrate the shiitake mushrooms, so they were probably tougher than they should have been.

🌿 AND somehow… I completely forgot the spinach. 🤦‍♀️😂

That is NOT the quality I expect from myself, and it’s definitely not the meal I want anyone leaving Jess’s with.

I also want to say **THANK YOU** for giving me grace. Nobody called angry, nobody blasted me online, and nobody left a bad review. I truly appreciate that more than you know. ❤️

But whether you complained or not… **I KNOW it wasn’t right.**

Mistakes are rare for me, but when I make one, **I OWN IT.**

I put too much love, time and pride into my food to ever be okay with somebody receiving something that’s just “good enough.”

**I want your meal to be OUTSTANDING — nothing less.**

So if you were one of the people who ordered that Japchae, **PLEASE LET ME FIX IT FOR YOU.** 🥢❤️ or buy you a new lunch. 3 of them!

No excuses. No pretending it didn’t happen.

Just:

**“Jess messed that one up… and Jess is going to make it right.”** 😂❤️

Your trust means everything to me, and I’d rather admit a mistake publicly and correct it than ever have somebody quietly decide not to come back.
