This local Copperas Cove baker has been selling out at every market she goes to and every week at the Main St. Mercantile! Now she’s bringing her talents to the world of ice cream! Our September Sundae Special will be simple but classic featuring her amazing chocolate chip cookies combined with ice cream, and toppings of your choice! Starting Wednesday September 2nd everyday until we sell out. Go show her some love 🙏💙

Bikers Against Child Abuse is here and ready serve. They will be here until about 2pm to serve and support anyone in need. They endeavor to empower abused children worldwide by selflessly giving their time to help create a safer environment. It is impractical for law enforcement officials to physically shield these children twenty four hours a day. B.A.C.A can provide that shield. No child deserves to live in fear!

First off, thank you to all the staff, students, athletes, coaches, dancers, cheerleaders, band members and everyone who contributes to making Friday nights an entertaining and enjoyable experience! To everyone who came by today and got your free ice cream we thank you for your support. Yall kept us so busy we just took the doors off the freezer to make it more convenient lol. With that being said we will also be starting a new special next month in collaboration with Amanda's Sweet Home Bakery that I can guarantee will be very tasteful. Stay tuned for more details.
