We have been testing fertility rates for the past few months and have learned a lot in that time. We have just a few more batches to go before we feel confident in offering hatching eggs. They will only be to California residents at this time until we complete our NPIP certification in the coming weeks/months (not sure how long the process that’s from start to finish). We have been testing fertility rates on a mix of breeds from a collection of rainbow dozens, BCM/OE dozens with heavy blooms and speckles, dozens of our special Darkline of BCM and Multi-Gen OE, and of course peppering in the Ayam Cemanis, and our Zombies too. We just set the gorgeous collection of Rainbow eggs shown in first picture today in our newest free incubators along with more BCM, MGOE, and AC’s. And the second and last pictures are shells from our chicks hatched this week, which will be up for sale soon. To say I am proud of the colors of these eggs would be an understatement, this is years of dedication finally coming to fruition and that feels like the most rewarding thing ever to witness. We are so grateful for your patience and we work on perfecting these lines and fertility/hatching rates before offering them to you. We truly only want to offer you the very BEST and is why we have been holding off for so long. Patience is a virtue though and the wait will be over soon enough. ❤️ Hang tight for more updates soon!

Y’all would be proud, I actually remembered my egg basket for once 😂 but don’t get used to it… cuz I’ll likely forget it the very next day.. Let’s collect some eggs and see what gorgeous butt nuggets await us! Too bad all my incubators are full and I’ve already got more eggs waiting to be set or I’d throw those pretty olives in there in a heartbeat! 😍🫒🥚

Saturday Morning Set-Up of our Self Serve Farmstand! We have put so much thought and love into this display of our farm goodies and hope to only make it better in here for our customers to enjoy stepping into a little bit of our farm life. It’s a bit of a process getting us all set up every weekend but it’s so fun having the privilege of setting up my very own mini store right on my own property. Dream come true in so many ways. Come on out at shop our farm stand filled with sourdough goods and other farm-grown goodies! Today we have 1 plain rustic loaf, 6 boxes of cinnamon roll focaccia, 2 bags of chocolate chip cookies, 3 loaves of banana bread. we also have a couple dozen chicken eggs out (and will restock throughout the day), zucchini pickles, caramel sauce, vanilla sugar, organic cotton produce and bread bags, flowers, goats milk soaps, goats milk lotions, botanical sugar scrubs, botanical Epsom salt sore muscle soaks, beard oils, lip balms, fiddle leaf fig plants, $2 tomato plants and more!

Todays for we have plain sourdough rustic loaves, sourdough chocolate chip rustic loaves, sourdough roasted garlic and Italian herb focaccia, sourdough cinnamon roll focaccia, sourdough banana bread both classic and chocolate chip, and our sourdough chocolate chip cookies!

We also have a bunch of other farm goods available for you to shop from including our free range chicken eggs (sold out right now but will be restocking throughout the day), our organically grown fresh and dried flowers bouquets, Cajeta caramel sauce, zucchini and cucumber pickles, small-batch vanilla sugar, all-natural dish bar soap, our organically grown and handmade luffa sponge dish/body sets, organic cotton bread and produce bags, dry-active sourdough starter, goats milk soaps, all-natural beard oil, healing lip balm, botanical sugar scrubs, botanical sore muscle epsom salt bath soak, $2 tomato plants, fig plants and more!!

Yesterdays favorite Marans and Olive Eggers, and yes I saved them for the next free incubator 😍 and even though the Marans have significantly lightened up by this time of year, the girls have been showing off lately non the less, and showing me just a taste of what is to come from the chicks hatching out of these eggs. The colors are going to be insanely deep, moody, bloomy, and gorgeous, and I cannot wait to see photos from their new owners showing me their pretty new layers! ❤️
