Though I consider my baking to be a hobby, I can be bought. ;) I have had many opportunities to make baked treats for holidays and special occasions such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers and even weddings. I charge based on flavors and the complexity of the order and am very reasonable. Include your name, what you would like and by when and I will respond as promptly as I can

Vanilla layer with vanilla mousse filling and chocolate layer with chocolate mousse filling covered with vanilla buttercream.

My latest creations.

Our dear friend Alyson's son, Zach, had his Bar Mitzvah yesterday and his party theme was Hockey. She ordered a cake, cupcakes and cookies for a family brunch for today. Cakes and cupcakes I have done but I have never done shaped cookies or worked with Royal Icing. Found a great recipe for the cookies and got a wonderful and simple recipe from Sue Toolan for the icing. It was so much fun but I think I need more practice with the application.
