LEARN TO MAKE THESE DELICIOUS ITALIAN DISHES!
Join us April through July to learn six new authentic Italian recipes with me and Chicca, as your guide.
Each season, we cook together (virtually) on six Saturdays with Chicca's Cooking Club members from all over the world. Together with my team, we'll broadcast live from Chicca’s farmhouse kitchen in Castagneto Carducci - Bolgheri, on the Tuscan coast.
Each class features a new recipe from Chicca’s Italian heritage. As always, we’ll teach you how to make use of the best seasonal ingredients and simple techniques passed down in my family.
Here's what we'll be cooking on Saturdays during the next season, April through July:
• Frittata di Spaghetti: Pan Fried Spaghetti Cake – April 15
• Torta Rustica Napoletana: Savory Easter Pie – April 29
• Gnudi: Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi – May 13
• Caponata: Eggplant Antipasto – June 10
• Semifreddo al Cioccolato: Frozen Chocolate Mousse – June 24
• Handmade Pappardelle with Creamy Bell Pepper Sauce – July 15
Club membership registration will only be open April 1st through the 11th.
