Let’s compare the difference between a regular Protein Shake and our Extreme Rebuild Protein Shake.

Protein shake: 🍓
✅27g plant based soy protein
✅16g carbs
✅5g sugar
✅3.5g fat
✅230 calories
✅24 vitamins and minerals

Extreme Rebuild shake: 🫨
✅35g Tri-Core protein amino blend (whey, soy, milk protein and BCAAs, L-Leucine, Valine & Isoleucine) for muscle building and recovery
✅28g carbs
✅18g sugar
✅3g fat
✅310 calories
✅24 vitamins and minerals

As you can see our Rebuild shakes are designed to provide the necessary nutrients and carbs and amino acids needed for muscle fuel, growth and recovery. There’s a little more volume in the ingredients so the shakes are a little larger.

Our regular shakes are nutrient dense and filling and provide a good source of protein and the perfect meal replacement or heavy snack alternative between light meals. They have Low GI classification and are lower in sugar and carbs so they are great for diabetics or those on a keto diet.

The early mornings aren’t always spent behind the counter at the club! Sometimes they look like loading up the car, packing up our goodies, and showing up for the community we LOVE. 💙

Today, we have the HONOR of being a part of a Health Fair at Crisp Regional! 🏥✨

We are so thankful for every opportunity to step outside the club and connect with our community, share what we do, and encourage others to prioritize their health and wellness. 💪🏼
