Frosty Volk Farm A small sustainable market farm in Corinna, Maine, selling mostly at the Dexter Farmer's Market ever Farm stand on site now!

The small shed with the black roof by the road is open to anyone, and it has its very own driveway. You can park right next to the stand. It is by the honor system, but I am around most times to answer any questions. The doors may be closed during inclement weather, but go right on in!

Farm name change! Maine Medley Homestead needed an upgrade. I finally figured out how to change it on the FB, so here it is.

I'll be adding a few more potted plants this week and as it warms up. Chickens and ducks are laying plenty of eggs and the garden is starting to get filled up.

Hello again everyone! After a few years mostly off, I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things. Right now I have a few tomato and cucumber plants out for sale. I have rhubarb stalks available as well. The chickens and ducks are laying!

Apologies for the grass being a bit long! I promise I'm working on it!

Feel free to drive down to the stand. I have driveway markers on the way. It's an easier driveway than it appears to be from the road.

Thanks for all the support!

I'm breaking my FB silence to let everyone know that the seedlings are out! It has been a hectic spring, but things are coming together. All plants are organically grown, in sustainable coconut coir soil, and have never been sprayed. Stop by and pick up some seedlings! As always, chicken and duck eggs from the free ranging hens are also available.

I'm a little late posting this, but unfortunately, the stand won't be open today. It is just too cold for starters. The birds aren't laying many eggs right now either, and the driveway is iced in...... I will try to have it open on Sunday though. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas! Thanks for all your support!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to updated you on the hours for my stand. Business has been slow and with the cold nights, I'm hauling a lot of heavy stuff every day. So I will have the stand open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until further notice.

Stop by the stand to grab some of your Thanksgiving cooking needs. My standout item is the Long Pie Pumpkin. It is a New England Heirloom cooking pumpkin, and THE BEST pumpkin I have ever eaten. I've grown it for 6 years now, and everyone who has tried it, loves it. It's a bit unique in that it is oblong, and stays mostly green! All of them are ready to cook now. They are extra dense, so you get a lot out of each one. The seed cavity is nearly stringless and small, making them EXTREMELY easy to prep and cook, just cut them lengthwise. They are also VERY sweet and never bitter, unlike canned pumpkin. The seeds are amazing to cook as well.
Also available:
-Red Kuri, Delicata (two kinds), Spaghetti, and Butternut Squash
-Garlic
-Extra sweet Carrots
-Duck and Chicken Eggs
