1st - We want to apologize to all of our customers for their wait this afternoon. I am on some new medication & it did not go over well. So from 2-6:30, I was not in the kitchen & solely relied on Ella, Naleta Hurt, Emma Spray, Tristain, Olivia & Josiah. So, thank you to them! Once I was able to get everything collected, I was able to come back out. We were then able to get back on track! So, thank you to everyone that was patient & extremely kind! We truly do have the best customers.🤗

I've had never made an actual baked Cheesecake before. But, I had an employee that wanted something special for his Daddy's Birthday. & cheesecake is his favorite! So, I learned! This baby weighed I think 4lbs!😲 But I will say, his Dad said it was the best cheesecake he ever had!😁 Man, that made me so happy! (Oh, & I made a homemade Strawberry Topping to go on it! I had it cooling in the frig.)😉

Yesterday was busy! But we are so thankful, and beyond blessed!🤗 We did Breakfast at the Farm, while I also cooked for a lunch meeting for Duck River Electric in Shelbyville. (Shout out to Sheila Chilton for delivering). Then we prepped & catered for a gorgeous wedding at The Lofton in Ardmore! We can't thank our customers enough! It's a busy life, but we couldn't be more thankful for what we've been blessed with!😊
