This truck has done very large events of 15-30k ppl and catered as much as 3000 ppl in one event. It’s made to move and shake yet a single person could run it too for small events . We ran various menus depending on the event request of type . Obviously , loads of donuts but Even more rice bowls , burgers and breakfast sandwiches.
It’s a Chevy 2500 automatic transmission small block diesel very well maintained professionally . The previous owner used it lightly but pumped over 30k into it for upgrades, maintenance and customizations . We’ve traveled from New York into the Blue Ridge Mountains with 16,000 pounds in total without issues (other than my wife complaining about my driving lol) .
The truck has a prep station, ss shelves, steel backsplash/wall coveringswarmer, lp griddle/flat top, 2 deep fryers, hood and exhaust fans plus a small return air one that can be switched to reverse, enclosed bakers rack on casters, racks, shelves, stands, various lighting options, small chest freezer with a butcher block top, small countertop marine freezer, fire extinguishers, 3 bay sink and hot water tank, 50 gallon fresh water, 50 gallon waste water, 200amp panel with various adapters and generator cord, knife block, utensils, 3x20 # lp tanks but can use any size, 1500 # liftgate, 3 deep cycle batteries and a crappy am/fm tape deck lol.
In addition I have a large storage unit filled with catering equipment and some equipment plus a 4’ commercial bbq grill, another hood , fan, passive air return cover , knives upon knives 😅 that I’d be willing to negotiate into the deal at no extra charge because I just need the space back and it’s a lot to piece out . The unit is on 414 next to the restore and is tge biggest unit available 😬 I’m available most of the time and pretty flexible with my time. Also there is a big Honda generator 5000w that can be included but it needs some work though I believe it’s the Honda gx340 motor which can be used in various other ways too
This truck has made a lot great memories, smiling faces 😎 and of course, MONEY! lol we sold out every time we set up after working out the kinks the first year and will gladly share anything you want to know about the business. I opened another shop about 5 years ago and due to the employee issues it became hard to juggle all three businesses and I ran myself into the ground thinking I could do it all around the clock for too many years.
