We used fresh tomatoes straight from the garden to make homemade pasta sauce, then added our purple basil microgreens on top to take it to the next level. 💜

A little fresh garnish really can change the whole plate!

We’ll have purple basil available today at the Tuesday Redding Market along with our other fresh microgreens, mushrooms & quail eggs.

Our beet microgreens are finally ready, and that color is just too good not to show off.

They’re also packed with some good stuff, including vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and antioxidant compounds. So yes, they’re pretty, but they’ve got a little nutritional punch too. 😍

We’ll have a limited amount with us tomorrow Redding Farmers Markets from 7:30–12. Come grab some and give them a try!
