Victim’s Voice: The distributor for a local dairy farm has cut them off suddenly forcing the Sinagra family-owned farm to sell 100% directly to the consumers, but the owners say they will not be forced out of their 30-year business. They’re ready for what’s ahead.

The best part? The customers have already been lining up to support them.

Farm Store reminder of summer hours: Open Monday-Friday 2-6pm except Thursdays until 7pm. Some more new cheese flavors have arrived from Plymouth Cheese Company, Sky Top A2 Organics and Oaklands Farm. As always Raw Jersey Milk, butter and yogurt available. RAW MILK AND LACTOSE INTOLERANCE 🥛🧐🥛: Lactose intolerance and maldigestion of pasteurized milk are significant factors for many people who choose raw milk. Pasteurization inactivates enzymes and also denatures proteins, and consequently pasteurized milk induces digestive discomfort in many people.

Although detractors argue that there is no evidence that raw milk helps with lactose intolerance, this is false. In reality, there is a large body of evidence in support of raw milk helping with lactose intolerance.
