Motherhouse Nourishing Community through homesteading workshops, sales of local products, and other family-centered events.

~Homesteading workshops are offered on the second Saturday of month, March-November. Take the time to slow down and learn a lost skill while sharing in a pot-luck meal with your fellow attendees.

~ Contra Dances are the first Saturday of each month. Twirl around the dance floor to live music as your learn to Contra Dance.

~New moon gatherings for women to women. We encourage you to take the t

ime of the new moon where ever you are to gather, relax, celebrate, rejuvenate, and honor yourselves.

~Motherhouse also offers meditation for mothers, support for homebirthing and homeschooling.

~We have a lending library at the Cornwall library. After attending a Motherhouse event you feel connected to your community, nourished, and inspired to bring that peacefulness home.

Hurrah for Northern Farm & Flowers for hosting our Eureka Program on July 30. We visited their flower cutting garden, toured their pastured poultry operation, fed and scratched the sows behind their forest-raised pork production, met their cows, collected and dyed eggs, dug potatoes, and learned about the many ways their market supports other area farmers as well as providing us all with health-filled, regeneratively-farmed food.
