To whoever is dumping food scraps, corn cobs, tampons, etc… on the side of the road on our farm and near the culvert please know I’m currently sitting in BEVS and my dog almost lost her life needs a $6,000 surgery because she got into these scraps I had no idea about. You also have been attracting bears, raccoons, etc…

Sometimes people confuse someone who loves their job as it never being hard, stressful, having bad days, etc… I think loving your job makes the hard days that much worse and stress levels extreme because that’s all you care about.

Lately, I’ve been so exhausted and stressed out just from the change of seasons and everything else I have going on. I want to take the rest of this week to rest and slow down. I will resume meat orders next Monday June 8th. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

I’ve had this sticker on my truck rear view for a couple years now… it’s been a great reminder for me. Being humble, honest, kind, hardworking, and having a firm handshake has taken me to endless places.
