Every bottle tells a story shaped by land, time, and craft. Swipe to see exactly how 👉

Grown above 6,000 ft in red volcanic soil, highland agave ripens slowly in cooler air — building more sugar and those bright citrus, floral notes tequila lovers chase.

Down in the flatter, hotter valleys, agave grows faster in leaner soil — producing a bolder, earthier, more peppery character. Same plant, totally different personality.

Wild, open-air yeast takes 3–4x longer than commercial strains — but the patience pays off. Fruity strains add banana and tropical notes; neutral strains keep things clean and crisp.

The still matters as much as the agave. Copper reacts with the spirit to round out fruity, earthy notes — stainless keeps a sharper, more traditional bite.

From blanco’s peppery snap to extra añejo’s deep vanilla and toasted oak, time in the barrel reshapes the whole flavor profile.
