Brine & Brew at Lazy Beach Brewing was a fun time! I tried the Scarylarry Pickles OG pickle b**r & the chili lime pickle b**r 🍻 and they were both pretty solid!!

Hey y’all! Grimaldi’s Fall Favorites menu is here for a limited time and you NEED to try it!! I tried the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad and it was so delicious! The star of the show for me was the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. It features fire-braised chicken breast, Sweet Baby Ray’s® Hot Sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola crumbles, & celery. I visited the Grimaldi’s at La Palmera Mall in Corpus Christi - but there are locations all over the US!! So look for the one nearest you!

Team SCK has officially earned our spot at the World Food Championships in Indianapolis, and now we’re working to get our team there and represent Corpus Christi and Texas on the world stage!

October 10th, we’re hosting an intimate four-course competition preview dinner at StrEAT Corner Kitchen. Only 20 seats are available at $150 per guest. You’ll get a first taste of dishes and ideas we’re developing for Worlds — plus a specialty cocktail from Cassidy’s Irish Pub.

The seafood competition was a fun one to watch- congratulations to DG_DA_CHEF for placing first & 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗙 MACHETE second! Huge congratulations to all who competed- I can’t wait for next year. But first- World Food Championships are just a few weeks away!!
