Little background, Ive been cooking since I was about 6 years old. Started making breakfast in bed for my parents with my siblings, eventually worked in catering with my mother for years, then took my food and beverage skills a step

farther and worked my way up in the Hotel world. I landed in South Texas by the grace of God. It has literally been a dream come true. There have been struggles and roadblocks, but all in all, I feel I am where I'm supposed to be. Please stay tuned and follow my page, as there will be regular updates.
