When Chris and Martha Carpenter first planted their vineyard in 2005 with the help of friends and family, their goal was simple: to make their own delicious wine and share it with the people they love. Then in 2011, what started as the couple's passion project became a beloved fixture in Corrales. Pasando Tiempo opened its doors to the public, and has since turned into a destination for locals and

travelers alike. "Pasando tiempo" means "passing time," and that's exactly what we want our customers to do: relax, take their time, and enjoy good wine and good company. We love getting to know people and going the extra mile to make them happy, whether with tastings, free cheese and crackers, or one-off events like dinner and wine pairings. For us, being able to share our love of good wine with good friends is a dream come true.
