I would like to add some nervous system healing work here at my farm in the near future! If your horse is reactive (fight/flight mode) he may be trying to show you that your nervous system is stuck in that mode. Just like a horse, your system can be trained/reset back to POWER ON mode! Who would be interested in such things?!

The thing is everyone is looking for peace when that peace has already been experienced as feeling nothing but not realised as peace itself; it's overlooked. Something is so used to the ups and downs that it feels uncomfortable when feelings, movement, or energy are not present. It is so natural and effortless that it is classed as boring or uncomfortable or a struggle. The one who thinks it's struggling, once this slips away, this peace you are looking for, it is there, it is you. Doing nothing, being empty even in movement, just being, existing is enough.
