Jayse and Violet Lights had a rough start to a fantastic weekend at the B*H arena in Lorena. On Saturday in the high powered youth class they placed 3rd marking a 75.5 and showing last in Sunday’s youth class he brought it home with a 76 and earning first place. 🥉🥇

First show of 2026 for Jayse and Violet Lights, they competed in the Youth Class Saturday and Sunday. Saturday they tied for second and Sunday came in second place. Not a bad way to start the year.

Deepest condolences to James, Shannon’s family and all of the Broke Spur Ranch and affiliates, may their hearts find peace. Extremely grateful to have spent time with Shannon.

With heavy hearts, we extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and the entire Broke Spur Ranch family on the passing of Shannon Lamb.

Shannon was a respected presence within the NCHA community, and her impact was felt by many who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her. During this incredibly difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with all who are grieving this loss.
