From the brewmaster: I decided to bring back one of my favorite styles of beer, the Red IPA. This one we're calling "Red Brick IPA". This IPA features a malty backbone with notes of bread, dark fruit, and roasted caramel. Combined with hop characteristics of pine, dank, and tart citrus all balanced by a firm bitterness and dry finish. This is a complex beer that needs to be imbibed to be understood. When you order one, be patient. Let it warm up a bit. It's much better as the flavors bloom. , don't fear the dark side of the hop, embrace it.

We are now carrying Frio Canyon Vineyard wine. The Cuvée red blend and Rosé. This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy world class wine that is grown, fermented, conditioned and bottled in Texas.

- Barks and Brews! We are partening with The Humane Society of Navarro County and Corsicana Animal Shelter for an awesome event! It's going to be a great time supporting a wonderful organization.

- We've been reliably and forcefully informed about some tournament involving people kicking a small ball into a giant trout line net propped up on grass between metal poles. Very very odd but nonetheless, we will have the games on inside and on the patio. We are the best place to watch people chase a ball while drinking sub freezing pints and enjoying the tastiest food in town.
