Haven't posted for a very long time! We are still alive BTW.
We've been selling at the Durango Farmers market and doing well. Offering half beeves this next season and have decided to add more of our animals to our meat side. Anyone interested please text me. The beef has been fantastic; tender and marbled on pasture exclusively! Of course tasting like real beef w/o grassy overtones. Our herd is raised and maintained using organic principles. No antibiotics etc.
Harvests will span this fall until mid winter 2024. Priority by date and $100 dep.
There is great interest in filling freezers with healthy locally raised meat. We have not raised our half beef prices since we settled
