It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of one of our W2O members, Andrew Van Donsel. Andrew joined W2O in June as a service technician and had worked previously as a water operator for a local municipality. Beyond being a key member of our team, he was a friend, and a cousin to Jenae, Seamus, and Dereck.

Andrew started every day with a "good morning, Sir" and a smile. He was dedicated, hardworking, always looking to learn a new skill, and always offering to help with whatever needed to be done. We are honored to have had the time we had with Andrew. Rest in Peace, Brother.

Andrew "Drew" Van Donsel, 36, passed away November 28, 2025, in Cortland, NY. Born in Cortland February 28, 1989, Andrew was the firstborn son of Scott Van Donsel of Homer and MaryEllen Reddick of Cortland. If you missed out on the camp mugs that we gave away a couple of years ago this is your opportunity to snag some 😆

Funny story, my Aunt came to visit me at the office this afternoon and she informs me she just got back from going to garage sales. While checking out all of the treasures, she sees something familiar. For 50 cents she purchased two of our mugs and returned them home. We are very sad we are no longer part of this operators collection (location shall remain classified) but we are happy to add them to ours.
