Many of you know I’m a teacher and I started my teaching career in September 2001, just a week before 9/11. My husband was also a police officer working weeks down at Ground Zero. That day forever changed our country in a way that was unfathomable. As we remember the events that occurred that day on its 25th anniversary I wanted to do something special to honor the men and women who sacrificed themselves for our country. I remember the days, weeks, and months that followed and how as a society we all came together. Nothing else mattered… just kindness, compassion, unity, and a true sense of community.
In honor of this I am offering a sweet treat of cookie flights and 50% of all sales will go directly to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Whether you get them as a gift, share them with family or friends, or keep them for yourself just know you will be supporting an amazing cause.
