The Locke Homestead

The Locke Homestead Home Farms are the backbone of American agriculture. This one was founded in 1847 and still occupied by the same family. Settled by Abrahm Locke in 1847.

We are still here. The farm has been actively farmed by the same family for over 160 years. Hoping to still be here for the 200th anniversary.

Lots of rain on the Homestead. A neighbor had a tree come down on their house. So I did a little walk to check out things near the house. There is a bit to clean up but not bad.

Lots of rain here! But the creek is pretty much staying where it should. We are snuggled in and resting up for Friday night.
