Spiritopia is a craft distillery & winery in Corvallis Oregon that makes premium, award-winning whiskey, liqueurs, brandy and specialty wines. Chris Beatty, the spirit chemist, decided in 2012 to combine his love for chemistry and spirits to create Spiritopia. Next, he began creating several liqueurs, whiskeys, and brandies. Each product is made in-house in small batches with real ingredients (usu

ally sourced locally or from organic farms). In 2018 Spiritopia added a winery license and has since launched several new products including a summer seasonal (Strawberry Rhubarb) and the ready-to-drink Ginger Lemon Drop. When visiting the distillery, guests will be greeted in our tasting room where they can enjoy a sample or mini-cocktail. Visitors have an opportunity to take a tour in order to look behind the scenes to witness the process that goes into fermenting, distilling, labeling, and other operations for our delicious products. Best of all, you can purchase any of our products including several that are only available at the distillery.

Crafted from a unique IPA beer mash and aged in ex-brandy casks, this small-batch creation is a labor of love that balances hoppy aromas with a honey-like finish. Every bottle is a testament to our commitment to authentic, handcrafted whiskey.
