The broiler chickens enjoy a fresh salad bar every day here at Fat Heifer Farms!

On the left is a Salatin style chicken tractor, and on the right is our version of a Suscovich tractor.

Why do we move them every day? It keeps them clean, gives them fresh forage, keeps them safe from digging predators, and they are excellent for managing insects! It also allows them to use their muscles.

The difference? High quality meat grown with care. No antibiotics, no growth hormones, no pesticides or herbicides.

We still have about 20 up for grabs that will be ready mid-late June- message us today if you want to see the difference for yourself!
