What a week!!! We’ve been MIA on social media because we’ve been slammed!!! We are so blessed…From Wednesday till today we have fed over a 1,000 people!!! Every day we’ve had a catering job if not two or three, in the same day!
Thank you all that trust us with your catering needs. Thank you to those who recommend us. Thank you to anyone who has helped us. We take pride in what we do. I want to thank God for allowing us to be able to make it through all of this and giving us work. I want to thank my staff that never let me down, my mom and dad for always helping out, Jayda for helping me shop and load and unload, and my husband. It takes a whole team to be able to do this. We have a small crew but we always make it work!!!
Now we could use some prayers as I take a few days off to take my daughter Taylor to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Please remember us in your prayers. Then it’s back at it again 🤪

This week I was able to take some time and be away with my husband to visit his family in Virginia and for his work competition. I’d like to thank Stephanie, Mary, Mack, Mayson, Mom, and Dad for taking time to work for me and help so I could be away. They really don’t know how much I appreciate them.

🏆 Honored, Humbled and Grateful! 🏆

I am truly humbled and grateful to share that Mountain Heart Catering by Becky was voted Best Catering, and I was voted Best Caterer, in The Newport Plain Talk’s 2026 Best of the Best People’s Choice Awards!

Unfortunately, we missed the awards ceremony because our daughter Taylor was in the hospital at Vanderbilt. We hated that we could not be there to accept these wonderful honors in person, but Taylor’s health will always come first and foremost. There was nowhere else we needed—or wanted—to be. We are still incredibly honored and thankful to receive these awards. ❤️

First and foremost, I give all the praise and glory to God. He is the reason for every blessing and every bit of success I have experienced. The Lord has opened doors, provided opportunities and carried me through every challenge. I owe it all to Him! 🙌🏻

Owning your own business is not easy. It can be difficult and challenging at times. I work many long hours, late nights, early mornings and almost every weekend. I am so thankful for my family, who allows me to follow this passion, makes sacrifices alongside me and continues to support and cheer me on through it all. I truly could not do this without them. ❤️

I also want to thank my wonderful coworkers, who are always willing to help and give their all. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and willingness to jump in wherever you are needed.

To my loyal, repeat customers who have become like family—without you, I truly would not have a business. Thank you for continuing to choose me and for trusting me with your weddings, celebrations, family gatherings and other special moments.

To my wedding vendor friends who have also become family, thank you for your friendships, referrals, encouragement and continued support.

I also want to congratulate everyone who was nominated alongside me. I have never considered you competition—I consider you friends. We all have our own strengths, and we all work incredibly hard. There is room for each of us to succeed, and I am honored to be included among you.

I started this business in 2021 with no clue how I was going to make it work. I only knew that I had cooked my entire life and had always loved feeding and serving others. Cooking is more than a job to me—it is my passion and one of the greatest ways I know to show love.

The Lord has truly blessed Mountain Heart Catering beyond anything I could have imagined. Thank you all so much for your votes, encouragement and continued support—and for trusting me with all of your catering needs. I am forever grateful! ❤️

P.S. Anyone who has ever worked with us knows that we are serious about our business and our food—but we also love to laugh and have a great time while doing what we love! 😂❤️
