For quite some time it has been our desire to invest in our local community here in California. We believe in the reciprocal benefits of such an investment. We have taken much pride in that investment in businesses as well as people through the avenues of locally focused suppliers, farmerβs markets, colleagues, and friends. What started out as a simple idea has evolved in great detail. Kombucha is an elixir that we have known about and brewed for years. We couldn't help but share with our friends and our local community. Now, our desire is to create more awareness of kombucha in Southern California. The exciting part is that there is a culture here that believes in health, wellness, and loves a quality beverage.
