I am so proud of this client of mine! He had a spinal cord injury as a young adult and is in a wheelchair. Now, he is 20lbs down and breaking his own records at the gym, walking laps around the track. Years of rehabilitation have gone into his progress, I cannot take credit, but it’s been fantastic to see his progress continue as we’ve gotten some weight off!! Blood, sweat, tears, prayers, fear, smiles, laughter, strength, worry, faith, and LOVE are just a few words that come to mind when I think over the last decade as a Meal Prep Business owner. We went out on a high note, surrounded by the love of our team, with a special end of day surprise from my husband and kids, mom and dad, aunt and uncle, twin sister, brother in law, nephews, and my best friend and her baby girl. Blessed is an understatement. It has been a beautiful, beautiful ride and I am so excited for what the future holds. ✨

It’s the end of an era for Prepped by Bec. ✨ After almost a decade, Prepped by Bec Meal Delivery will be closing, as I transition into Nutrition Coaching full time. I want to thank ALL of my employees (past & present) who have been like family to me, as well as ALL customers who have placed their trust in me for YEARS. 🫶🏼 I promise to put just as much pride, passion, and perfectionism into my Nutrition Coaching as I have consistently put into preparing meals for residents of Orange County. All clients have been notified (this past Sunday), and there will be more details / memories to come, but I thank you ALL for your support of this new chapter!
