We’ve got a busy week ahead — pop-ups, catering, and for the first time, we’re opening the WarPigs shop for TO-GO orders.

We’re starting with limited days and hours while we get our footing and make sure we can keep taking care of our pop-up and catering commitments.

Once we figure this s**t out, we’ll expand the hours, roll out the full menu, and get DoorDash going in the near future.

For now:

WEDNESDAY
Parliament Brewery Trivia | 4–8pm

THURSDAY
RV Taproom | 4–8pm
WarPigs Shop | 3–8pm

FRIDAY
WarPigs Shop | 3–8pm

SATURDAY
We’re out catering a wedding.

This has been a long time coming. Thank you to everyone who has eaten our food, hired us, followed us around to pop-ups, told a friend about us, or helped us get to this point.

We’re just getting started.

This week was a good one.

Crispy pork belly BLT — smoked, rendered and finished until that skin snaps.
Stacked with tomato, lettuce, and all the right balance.

Ran a snap pea salad on the side with our chili crisp vinaigrette… fresh, spicy, cuts right through the richness.

Then we brought out the heavy hitters — brisket and ribs with a “Moon Rock” rub from Kendu Spice.
That bark speaks for itself.

If you’ve been rocking with us lately… you already know.
