California Catering Executive Chef Jeffrey Collier Executive Chef Jeffrey Collier has always had a passion for food since he was a young child.

Growing up in a Southern family, he grew up in the kitchen, where he drew inspiration from his mother and grandmother, is first teachers. He graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Courdon Bleu in 2005, at the top of his class. Chef Jeffrey Collier is known for his precision, imagination, and full dedication to pleasing our patrons, leaving them with an unforgettable experience. His inventive culinary creations, and dedication have made him an award winning Chef.

After much tasting and judging, this year's Harvest Fair Award Winners for Food have been announced

Join us this Friday from 5:30-8:00PM, for the Sonoma County Harvest Fair grand tasting, where we will be serving our award winning appetizers, Open Crab Mango Ravioli which won Best use of Seafood in Sonoma county, and a double gold, and our double gold winning appetizer, Watermelon Anti Pasta skewer. There will be a great selections of wines as well, including Taft Wineries Pinot Gris, and Rose of Pinot Noir. Tickets to this event provide unlimited tastings of all the award winning wines and cuisine, as well as entrance to the harvest fair that day. This even replaces the Friday varietal tasting, which also took place the first day of the fair. Tickets are $60 in advance and $70 at the door.
