✨Hola friends !! I’m putting together a 30-Day Healthy Habits Challenge to help us stay on track with nutrition, energy, and daily routines. It’s super simple—just a few small daily goals (shakes, water, movement, etc.) with a fun checklist to track progress and a group Telegram chat for daily tips, accountability and motivation.
