Congress passed legislation last fall that could reshape hemp-derived THC by the end of 2026, with deadlines still shifting. We broke down what it means for Minnesota in a new piece — and why we think this state is already ahead of it. Minnesota built one of the earliest regulated frameworks in the country for these products: testing, labeling, age restrictions. About 25% of our customers bought THC products from us this year, from a shelf where they know exactly what they’re getting. Our take: if regulated retail disappears, the demand doesn’t disappear with it, it just moves to unregulated online sellers with none of that oversight. Regulation, not prohibition, is the answer.
