We've been pleased to host several exciting engagements with local favorites Satori Bob, and it's great to know that we'll never hear exactly the same show twice.

IT'S FRIDAY! AND THAT MEANS IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR THE HUCKLEBERRYS

As summer winds to a close, we're reminded that there are few certainties in life -- soon, the leaves will start to turn, kids will go back to school, and days will dramatically shorten.

At times like these, it's only natural to grab hold of a sure thing, to take refuge in the familiar. In this case, we're talking of course about the ever-so-pleasing sounds of CG's own The Huckleberrys.

Theirs is a vibe that rewards the working folks and pleases the weekend warriors, and they'll be here tonight (Friday, Aug. 28) to make sure we're feeling just right.

THE WEEKEND AHEAD:
Thursday Night Jazz, Old Favorites and a Birthday Bash!

Yeah, you might still have work to do, but the feeling is real -- the weekend is just around the corner!

And what a way to kick off the "weekend" than a bit of jazz with a glass of wine this (Thursday) evening? We'll be joined by the Blessed Relief Jazz Trio for a too-cool Thursday night sound, and they'll pair fabulously with some great wine specials.

The heart of the weekends feature Americana with our friends The Huckleberrys and Satori Bob. And on Sunday, we'll be celebrating the birthday of one of our dearest friends and contributors, Bradly Shepherd, who's chosen to do his favorite thing (play here with his band, Bradly Shepherd's Perfect Flavor), from 12-4.
