🫛Pea shoots are super versatile. You already eat anyway, so why not add delicious and beautiful pea shoots to your meals to make them more vibrant and healthy?
Pea shoots are easy, pair well with just about anything, can be added or used as the star of the plate. 🌱

🌱Eat them raw: salads, sandwiches or wraps, top avocado toast, add to tacos, garnish soups before serving, add to sushi rolls, lettuce wraps, or blend into smoothies.

🌱Stir-fries: add them the last 30-60 seconds for a delicious addition to garlic and ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil, beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu, mushrooms etc.

🌱Sauté them: quickly cook with olive oil or butter, garlic, shallots, lemon zest or red pepper flakes… or, all of the above!

🌱Eggs: add to omelettes, scrambled, top a breakfast sandwich, or sprinkle over poached eggs.

🌱Pasta: toss in the end of Alfredo, pesto, goat cheese, or olive oil and Parmesan.

🌱Rice and noodles: Pho, lo mein, ramen, udon or fried rice dishes.

🌱Exciting News from Green Goddess Microgreens 🌱

Starting August 1, Green Goddess Microgreens will be moving to a new location and operating a little differently. This transition marks an exciting new chapter for our farm and gives us the opportunity to grow, improve, and serve our customers even better.

Although our indoor urban farm will no longer be open to the public, getting fresh microgreens will actually be easier than ever. Simply place your order online, and with a $10 minimum purchase, we'll deliver it free anywhere within Cottage Grove city limits. This new model gives us more time to focus on what we do best—growing the freshest, highest-quality microgreens possible.

We're also working on a partnership with a local business so you'll be able to pick up our most popular greens from a convenient retail location. We'll share more details as soon as everything is finalized.

To our restaurant customers, thank you for continuing to trust us. This move will not affect the quality, consistency, or reliability you've come to expect from Green Goddess Microgreens. In fact, this transition gives us the opportunity to expand our production while continuing to provide the same fresh, locally grown products and dependable service.

Food safety has always been one of our highest priorities, and that isn't changing. We will continue following strict sanitation procedures and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) throughout our growing and handling processes.

As part of this transition, we will be operating under Oregon's Farmer-to-Consumer Direct Marketing regulations. After consulting with the Oregon Department of Agriculture, we confirmed that this is the appropriate regulatory framework for our farm and the products we grow and sell. We will continue operating in full compliance with all applicable state regulations while maintaining the same high standards our customers have come to expect.

We're incredibly grateful for your continued support, encouragement, and trust as we make this move. This is an exciting new chapter for Green Goddess Microgreens, and we can't wait to continue providing our community and local restaurants with the freshest, locally grown microgreens around.
