Moonraker Alpaca Farm Our small hobby farm began as a dream in 2015. Moonraker Alpaca Farm, located in Jackson County, WV, is home to 20 Huacaya alpacas, and 3 guardian dogs.

We sell Alpaca products and alpaca yarn. New for 2026 we have joined an Agritourism Trail.

Fun Farm Fact: How do you tell if a is ripe and ready to eat?
🍉It should be dull in color.
🍉The underside should have a creamy yellow spot where the watermelon sat on the ground and ripened in the ☀️.
🍉It will be heavy for its size.
🍉When you knock on it, it will have a dull, hollow sound.
