Hey hi hellooo! Last week, we started taking Easter egg orders and guess how many dozens we've received so far? Twenty-one!!! Wowzer!! Cheese Potato Smoked Sausage Casserole 😋🧀
Hearty Smoked Sausage and Cheese Potato Bake

Ingredients:
3 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 package smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the sausage slices and onions. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, and cook for a minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and stir until melted.
In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the sausage mixture, and half of the cheese sauce. Repeat the layers.
Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
